Greetings Heroes!

Well True Believers, we opened up a new chapter in our gaming experience last August. It started with a few of our friends leaving City of Heroes to go play World of Warcraft when that game launched. While some of us stuck with CoH for a while, we ended up frustrated and done with Cryptic after Issue 3. Through the course of time, we tried Guild Wars (still a good game to have) and different beta games, like Auto-Assault and the Matrix Online. After a short time, we all picked up World of Warcraft.

HwTCS has been formed on the Crushridge server.

Things are going well, with a lot of PvP action always happening as the rumour have it that the Horde out number the Alliance (which is the way we went) 2 to 1 on Crushridge.

As always, here are several good links:

City of Heroes is long gone... City of Villains is just more of the same...

Don't panic.

These classic Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy words are very important for the next couple of days or so. Why? You will see the mains being pulled out of the Crushridge Alliance guild, HwTCS. This does not mean the end of HwTCS, so please, don't panic!

The reasons for this change are many. The primary of which is that we, as a group, are joining up with the Fallen Kings in an alliance. Since WoW does not accomodate sub-guilds like Shadowbane, and WoW is heavy on end game grouping, we need a larger player base to form raids. Uldaman and possibly Zul'Farrak are the last instances that are easily run by a single group. In the coming months, anyone 50+ is going to have to be doing instances like Scholomance, Stratholme, Blackwing Lair, and many others in order to get enough XP to advance. These instances can only be run well by an organized force.

Pick up groups just won't work...
